【摘要】:ThispartofISO15614specifieshowapreliminaryweldingprocedurespecificationisqualifiedbyweldiiproceduretests.Itappliestothearcandgasweldingofcopperandcopperalloysinallproductforms.ThispartofISO15614definestheconditionsfortheexecutionofweldingproceduretestsandtherangequalificationforweldingproceduresforallpracticalweldingoperationswithintherangeofvariableslistedClause9.ThispartofISO15614isapplicabletoallnewweldingprocedures.However,itdoesnotinvalidatepreviotweldingproceduretestsmadetoformernationalstandardsorspecifications.Whereadditionaltestshavebecarriedouttomakethequalificationtechnicallyequivalent,itisonlynecessarytodotheadditionaltestscatestpiecemadeinaccordancewiththispartofISO15614.Additionaltestsmayberequiredbyapplicationstandards.TheprinciplesofthispartofISO15614maybeappliedtootherfusionweldingprocesses.
