【摘要】:Thistestmethoddescribesadestructivetestprocedureformeasuringthedegreeofsealoftheporosityinanodicoxidecoatings.Lowcoatingmasslossisanindicationofgoodsealqualityandoftheabilityofthecoatingtoresiststainingandx201C;bloomingx201D;inmanytypesofservice.Thistestmethodissuitableforqualitycontrolpurposeswithinmanufacturingoperationsandfordeterminingwhetheranodizedpartsmeetsealqualityrequirementsinapplicablespecifications.D1.1Thistestmethodcoversatestforthequalityofsealofporousanodiccoatingsonaluminumanditsalloys.Itisbaseduponthelossinmassofthecoatingafterimmersioninawarmphosphoric-chromicacidsolution.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletoanodiccoatingsintendedforexposuretotheweather,orforprotectivepurposesincorrosivemedia,andwhereresistancetostainingisimportant.1.3Thistestmethodisnotapplicableto:1.3.1Hardcoatings,whichnormallyarenotsealed.1.3.2Anodiccoatingsthathavebeensealedonlyindichromatesolutions.1.3.3Anodiccoatingsthathaveundergoneatreatmenttorenderthemhydrophobic.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
