【摘要】:Thisspecificationprovidesmeansforclassifyingsolarsimulatorsintendedforindoortestingofphotovoltaicdevices(solarcellsormodules),accordingtotheirspectralmatchtoareferencespectralirradiance,non-uniformityofspatialirradiance,andtemporalinstabilityofirradiance.Testingofphotovoltaicdevicesmayrequiretheuseofsolarsimulators.TestMethodsthatrequirespecificclassificationofsimulatorsasdefinedinthisspecificationincludeTestMethodsE948,E1036,andE1362.Thisstandardisapplicabletobothpulsedandsteadystatesimulatorsandincludesrecommendedtestrequirementsusedforclassifyingsuchsimulators.Asolarsimulatorusuallyconsistsofthreemajorcomponents:(1)lightsource(s)andassociatedpowersupply;(2)anyopticsandfiltersrequiredtomodifytheoutputbeamtomeettheclassificationrequirementsinSection;and(3)thenecessarycontrolstooperatethesimulator,adjustirradiance,etc.Alightsourcethatdoesnotmeetallofthedefinedrequirementsforclassificationpresentedinthisdocumentmaynotbereferredtoasasolarsimulator.SpectralirradianceclassificationsareprovidedforAirMassdirectandglobal(asdefinedinTablesG173),orAirMass0(AM0,asdefinedinStandardE490).Theclassificationofasolarsimulatorisbasedonthesizeofthetestplane;simulatorswithsmallertestplaneareashavetighterspecificationsfornon-uniformityofspatialirradiance.Thedataacquisitionsystemmayaffecttheabilitytosynchronizeelectricalmeasurementswithvariationsinirradianceandthereforemaybeincludedinthisspecification.Inallcases,themanufacturermustspecifywiththetemporalinstabilityclassification:(1)howtheclassificationwasdetermined;and(2)theconditionsunderwhichtheclassificationwasdetermined.Theclassificationofasolarsimulatordoesnotprovideanyinformationaboutelectricalmeasurementerrorsthatarerelatedtophotovoltaicperformancemeasurementsobtainedwithaclassifiedsolarsimulator.Sucherrorsaredependentontheactualinstrumentationandproceduresused.Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothehazardsportion,Section,ofthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.
