【摘要】:(1)EN1990establishesPrinciplesandrequirementsforthesafety,serviceabilityanddurabilityofstructures,describesthebasisfortheirdesignandverificationandgivesguidelinesforrelatedaspectsofstructuralreliability.(2)EN1990isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1991toEN1999forthestructuraldesignofbuildingsandcivilengineeringworks,includinggeotechnicalas-pects,structuralfiredesign,situationsinvolvingearthquakes,executionandtemporarystructures.NOTEForthedesignofspecialconstructionworks(e.g.nuclearinstallations,dams,etc.),otherprovi-sionsthanthoseinEN1990toEN1999mightbenecessary.(3)EN1990isapplicableforthedesignofstructureswhereothermaterialsorotheractionsoutsidethescopeofEN1991toEN1999areinvolved.(4)EN1990isapplicableforthestructuralappraisalofexistingconstruction,indevel-opingthedesignofrepairsandalterationsorinassessingchangesofuse.NOTEAdditionaloramendedprovisionsmightbenecessarywhereappropriate.
