【摘要】:TheformulaeinISO10300areintendedtoestablishuniformlyacceptablemethodsforcalculatingthepittingresistanceandbending-strengthcapacityofstraightandhelical(skew),zerolandspiralbevelgearsexcepthypoidgears.Theyareapplicableequallytotapereddepthanduniformdepthteeth.Theformulaetakeintoaccounttheknownmajorfactorsinfluencinggear-toothpittingandfracturesattherootfillet,aswellasallowingfortheinclusionofnewfactorsatalaterdate.Theratingformulaearenotapplicabletoothertypesofgear-toothdeteriorationsuchasplasticyielding,micropitting,casecrushing,welding,andwear.Thebending-strengthformulaeareapplicabletofracturesatthetoothfillet,butnottothoseonthetooth-workingprofilesurfaces,nortofailureofthegearrimorofthegearblankthroughthewebandhub.Pittingresistanceandbending-strengthcapacityratingsystemsforaparticularcategoryofbevelgearcanbeestablishedbyselectingpropervaluesforthefactorsusedinthegeneralformulae.ISO10300isnotapplicabletobevelgearswhichhaveaninadequatecontactpattern.ISO10300isrestrictedtobevelgearswhosevirtualcylindricalgearshavetransversecontactratiosofενα＜2.Thegivenrelationsarevalidforgearsofwhichthesumofaddendummodificationfactorsofpinionandgeariszero,i.e.thenormaloperatingpressureangleofthegearpairisthesameasthenormalpressureangleofthebasicrack.NOTEMethodsforthecalculationoftheloadcapacityofhypoidgearsareindicatedbythemanufacturersofgear-cuttingmachines.CAUTION—Theuseriscautionedthatwhenthemethodsareusedforlargespiralandpressureangles,andforlargefacewidthb＞10mmn,thecalculatedresultsofISO10300shouldbeconfirmedbyexperience.

【摘要】:TheformulaeinISO10300areintendedtoestablishuniformlyacceptablemethodsforcalculatingthepittingresistanceandbending-strengthcapacityofstraightandhelical(skew),zerolandspiralbevelgearsexcepthypoidgears.Theyareapplicableequallytotapereddepthanduniformdepthteeth.Theformulaetakeintoaccounttheknownmajorfactorsinfluencinggear-toothpittingandfracturesattherootfillet,aswellasallowingfortheinclusionofnewfactorsatalaterdate.Theratingformulaearenotapplicabletoothertypesofgear-toothdeteriorationsuchasplasticyielding,micropitting,casecrushing,welding,andwear.Thebending-strengthformulaeareapplicabletofracturesatthetoothfillet,butnottothoseonthetooth-workingprofilesurfaces,nortofailureofthegearrimorofthegearblankthroughthewebandhub.Pittingresistanceandbending-strengthcapacityratingsystemsforaparticularcategoryofbevelgearcanbeestablishedbyselectingpropervaluesforthefactorsusedinthegeneralformulae.ISO10300isnotapplicabletobevelgearswhichhaveaninadequatecontactpattern.ISO10300isrestrictedtobevelgearswhosevirtualcylindricalgearshavetransversecontactratiosofενα＜2.Thegivenrelationsarevalidforgearsofwhichthesumofaddendummodificationfactorsofpinionandgeariszero,i.e.thenormaloperatingpressureangleofthegearpairisthesameasthenormalpressureangleofthebasicrack.NOTEMethodsforthecalculationoftheloadcapacityofhypoidgearsareindicatedbythemanufacturersofgear-cuttingmachines.CAUTION—Theuseriscautionedthatwhenthemethodsareusedforlargespiralandpressureangles,andforlargefacewidthb＞10mmn,thecalculatedresultsofISO10300shouldbeconfirmedbyexperience.
